Albert Ingalls starts a penpal exchange with a girl from Minneapolis named Leslie. What starts off as a casual exchange between two teenagers turns into a bit of young love and catfishing. Soon Albert comes to the realization he wants to be honest with his correspondence and manages to score a ride with Charles to visit Leslie face to face. It's only then that Albert and Leslie decide it's time to be honest with one another. How long did it take a letter to travel from Minneapolis to Walnut Grove back in the day? Does Leslie have any friends she talks with in person at her home? Why did Charles lie about not being able to afford Albert's train ticket at first?
