The combination of the two leads to a lot of challenges, including having a hectic, stressful schedule, worrying that your'e not doing a good enough job in either motherhood or business, and letting some important things slip through the cracks.
I've been in this place many many times before, and after a while, I started to realise that I needed to do things differently for my own sanity and wellbeing, as well as that of my family's.
I began to experiment with a number of tactical things to try and figure out what were the best solutions to help me overcome this feeling of anxiety and overwhelm, and the horrible feeling of guilt and failure of not being a good enough entrepreneur or mom.
