Welcome to the O&P Startup podcast! In this first episode, Ben and Jordan discuss the impetus for starting Wright Orthotics and Prosthetics and what it's been like so far. 

Jordan discusses how factoring helps to address cash flow issues. Ben and Jordan both talk about the benefits of investing in a 3D printer for custom foot orthoses and check sockets. Ben then takes more of a deep dive into the pros and cons of the 3D printer and how they can be beneficial in the right situation. Ben then gives an update on the Medicare application process. 

Jordan leads this episode as we discuss what kind of attitude to have in the face of challenges, costs to anticipate when you get going, and how to bring patients in the door. We close with discussing this question: what does success look like and how might your perception of it change over time?
