The Open Door Wrestling Podcast

It's been a minute, but we are back to talk about all things pro wrestling! Doc starts off our topics with a rant about the silly discourse that had built up around Cody Rhodes. Then we gush about how great NOAH has been, specifically Shiozaki, Nakajima, and the junior division. But, we have to talk about Keiji Mutoh and the recent info about him coming out re: the politics of WK Night 3. Next, we talk about what Terminus got right and what it got wrong during its first outing. Finally, listener Greg asks us to construct a twelve-match, Forbidden-Door-friendly supercard, and we happily oblige. If you like or hate our supercards, let us know @OpenDoorWresPod!

Doc is riding solo this episode, and you know what happened? Mic troubles with this recording! It cuts out a bit here and there. Apologies, everyone! This is one of the only times this week Doc had free to record.

Doc runs down AEW's Winter Is Coming card, picking winners and explaining why (a) he thinks it's an incredibly important show from a business perspective and (b) the outcome of the main event isn't a 100% lock. Doc also has his first All Joshi Stock Report! Hurray! Enjoy, y'all.

On our fourth episode, we get sad about Ring Of Honor, mad at Impact Wrestling, and glad about GCW Bloodsport. New Japan looks bleak, but Doc makes the case that a hard reset would not be best for business. There's a fantastic listener question which makes us put our GM hats on, a new champ in NOAH, and a DJM rant on why people should not be upset over the Halloween Dynamite main event. All that and more on episode four!
