What do the most successful people in the world have in common?
They may not all be from the same place or have the same background, but they do tend to share one key trait: they're optimists.
And the good news is that optimism is something that anyone can learn.
In this episode, we're talking to Zach Windahl, an entrepreneur, author, and content creator who has made it his mission to help people see the good in the world.
Zach's journey to becoming an optimist wasn't always easy. When he was 27, he went through a difficult breakup and lost his job, which left him questioning everything. But he didn't give up. Instead, he worked on training himself to see the opportunities in every situation. Today, he's founded and sold one of the fastest-growing companies in America, is the author of a book called "See the Good," and is a popular content creator who inspires others to cultivate grace, gratitude, and optimism in their daily lives.
In this episode, Zach shares some of his tips and strategies for cultivating optimism and creating opportunities, including:
How to reverse engineer your goals to create opportunities
Why going deep is often better than going wide when you feel stuck
The importance of performing an attention audit to stay focused and motivated
Zach also recommends some of these resources to help you to start creating opportunities
