The 4 Boxes for Women

The 4 Boxes for Women is a concept that came to me as I’ve been digesting what it is like to be a female bodied human in 2016. It’s as complicated as ever. In some ways, we are more open as a society. Sex and sexual pressure is everywhere. But we don’t want our wives, sisters, girlfriends and daughters to fall prey to social-sexual pressure. “Our women” (whatever the specific group is) should be, and are, different.

And all  our mythologies about women and our down right hatred of women still apply for women around the world. Women are expected to sacrifice. Women are expected to submit. If a woman is to loud, she’s “a bitch” or “bossy.”

The perfect number of sex partners for a woman is 3. Not too many, not too few. 3. And then there’s the slut line, quickly followed by the whore line. The boxes are distinctions that I have witnessed in my coaching practice. It’s universal and devastating to our culture.

These boxes for women are holding our culture back in shame, guilt and sexual negativity and “unnaturalness.” I have heard so many female bodied friends and students call themselves “dirty” and “broken.”

For me, it’s a nightmare. That is what this podcast is all about.

The Authenticity Delusion

The Authentic self is a modern day delusion, a twisted, shame and blame based reality for a supposedly conscious new world.

The delusion of authenticity comes from philosophy. According to Rousseau, authenticity is derived from the natural self whereas inauthenticity is a result of external influences. The existential philosopher, Martin Heidegger 1889 to 1976 said that authenticity is choosing the nature of one’s own existence and identity.

Basically, Heidegger’s physical bullshit is really the root of the problem. Those ideas were stolen by Werner Erhard. He was one of the first people who stole and popularized this delusion of authenticity, as if authenticity was an actual thing. Something to be achieved. This idea of authenticity is a standard game one struggle of this over that.

Authenticity is killing us as a culture, strangling us to death in minutia and impossible tasks. In this episode I present the rosetta stone of understanding authenticity. After this episode, you will be armed. So the buck stops here.

Why I Reserve The Right To Be Passionately Angry

Anger is a form of power and passion. For me, it is boundary. My unwillingness to tolerate intolerable behavior.  To stand up for ourselves. To say NO out loud. I personally use the energy of anger to create space. To ask a powerful question: What do I want, right now? In our freedom, we can allow ourselves to ask this question. It’s our birthright is to discover what we want and pursue that. You create in your life all the time, so defining what you want is extremely important. What you want directs your life. Every decision you make determines what you receive. Either you are working your life, or your life is working you. When energy flows towards what you want, you feel peace, power, pleasure, and joy, in your inner being. You are working your life. When you block the energy flow, you tend to feel angry, depressed, unfulfilled, and compressed in your inner being. Life is working you. Again, I ask the question, “What do you want?”  When energy flows towards what you want, you feel peace, power, joy, and pleasure in your inner being. Passionate Anger is a creative force. Be passionate about what you are against to create more space, to bark loudly.  Also be passionate about what you want, and create that.

From the brain’s perspective, it is all the same.

The Symbolic Brain and Killing God

Karina Velasco On The Suppression of Women and Psychological Clitorectomies PART 2

In this episode, Karina Velasco has an open discussion with me about cults, catholicism (the mega cult of The Pope), and what the true purpose of God is (trust me on this, you’ve never heard this idea before).

We explore how spiritual disciplines are really forms of manipulation to constantly trigger dis-regulation in you. This way you constantly feel the feelings of blame, shame, guilt and fear. As well as the use of the fear tool of exclusion from the group… that creates profound social pressure – so that you experience deep loneliness and abandonment – with no support or people who “get it.” If you are excluded, it’s essentially the group’s banishing of you to hell until you either redeem yourself and get with the program, or live a life lonely and alone.

We discuss why thinking good thoughts can create more harm than benefit and why humans need sex – and what would happen if we really followed religious and spiritual ideals as a species. Because, without sex, we don’t exist.

So religion and spirituality tries to interrupt the most natural processes in the world. Yet spiritual practices  have taught us to disconnect from our sexuality.

This episode is not for the feint of heart. It’s raw. We are talking harsh reality here… so if you want to keep your childhood beliefs intact – please avoid listening. That being said, if you want to upgrade your mind to the reality of reality and optimize around that… then you are listening to the perfect episode.

I love talking about the ways women have been suppressed by religion, spirituality and common codified religious thinking. Religion keeps women down. Sometimes I wonder why religion hates women so much. But I can’t exactly know, but I do know, with simple thought experiments, we can get pretty close. Maybe. You decide.

Because it was such a long conversation, I have divided this episode into two parts… We needed to take a break, because while we were recording because it got pretty intense.

I love intense. Intense is a beautiful thing. But it’s also, well, intense.

On Cults and One Taste Orgasmic Meditation For Everybody

In this episode we begin by discussing that the world is NOT a mess, but rather is a reflection of an UNOPTIMIZED human brain. We take a look at politics for a moment – and how politics and the quest for the US Presidency is really an exploration of how our ancient brain actually works. Seeing clearly gives us the super power of actually understanding what life is really about.

So much of what we will be talking about with Sex Cults specifically, come from ideas made up by this guy, Nikola Tesla. He had ideas about Orgone – orgasmic energy – as the answer to the ills of life… His cute, but made up ideas, are still taught by sex cults worldwide.

I will also interview Ruwando. He’s a friend I met on a trip to New York City 3 years ago. A friend of mine absolutely begged me to learn how to rub a clitoris “the right way” – the One Taste way. So, for the better part of a day, I paid to learn to rub a vagina. And I was “trained” by Ruwando. He seemed like a super sweet young guy – who joined the cult – eyes wide open, to learn how to be more comfortable with women sexually, to improve his confidence and to overcome his early onset ED.

During our training, I hinted to him that I was not a true believer in One Taste or any organization – and that if he wanted to ever chat with me about that, he could.

Recently in New York City, on a break from a workshop I was leading, I had Ruwan over to my childhood home so we could talk about the fragility of the human mind and the virus of ideas that spread without critical thought.

Since leaving One Taste, Ruwando has been doing his own thing, including his own podcast, coaching people on what he learned, acting and writing movies, and writing articles and blogs.
