The Orange and Blue: A Mets Podcast

Sorry for the delay everybody! Mets off to a red hot start, which they cap off with a sweep against the Cardinals. This pitching staff has been pitching out of it's mind, while the bats have been slow to start (except for Pete Alonso). We got the Phillies coming up so let's keep up this sweep streak! #mets

Pete Alonso is back baby! But is it enough to put the Mets over the top?! In this episode I break down the signing and take a look at how this will impact the lineup and the team as a whole. And also, how about my alma mater, St. John's? 10 Straight wins and they are now a top 10 team! #mets #lgm #lfgm #petealonso #mlboffseason

The Mets aren't the only ones making moves. There's been a lot of wheelin' and dealin' around this league and I try to cover it all in this episode! I give my analysis of the winners, the so-so's and the "what the F are they doing's" of the the MLB offseason. Hopefully the Mets are not done, because we still have alot of work to do.

I apologize for the delay, I've been pretty under the weather. But here it is, THE SOTO EPISODE!! The Mets are the new kings of NY. Stop complaining Yankees fans. There's still more to do this offseason, but the big move is out of the way!

It's sad the Mets won't be representing the NL is the World Series, but that does not mean this season was all for nothing. This Mets team gave us moments we will remember for the rest of our lives. I also take a look at the potential free agent losses the Mets may have to replace heading into the 2025 season.

The Mets continue to shock the world as they blow past the Phillies and are now tied 1-1 with the Dodgers. In other shocking news, the Jets are still awful.

The Mets leave us speechless yet again with another improbable victory! The Mets take 2 out of 3 from the Brewers in dramatic fashion, and on their way to Philadelphia to take on the Phillies in the NLDS.

The Mets maintain their 2 game lead over the Braves in the Wild Card Race with a big W over the Phillies. Meanwhile, at Metlife, Aaron Rodgers and the Jets cruise in a dominating performance over the Patriots.

It hasn't been a promising few weeks for the Mets, who failed to take advantage of a very easy schedule. Fortunately, we escape with two narrow wins against the Orioles to keep us in the mix. On to San Diego!

The Mets keep rolling as they take 2 out of 3 from the Twinkies. I review the Mets trades as well as other big trades around the league.
