• 4-8 min: Experiencing both the highs & lows of life, general transitional period struggles, why your ego struggles to “just trust” that things are working out w no evidence
• 8-20 min: my postgrad despair unemployment era pt1 : deferring grad school, shifting career fields, finding my “dream” job that wasn’t actually my dream job, navigating this uncomfortable transition period just 1 yr ago → proof that I’ve been through it, everything worked out even better than I could’ve imagined, and that’s how i know it’s what is happening for you too.
• 20-25 min: following your soul’s calling and the path you’re on, when the “perfect time” feels like it’s taking FOREVER to get there & everything’s up in the air, surrender vs control
• 25-29 min: my postgrad despair unemployment era pt2: the CRAZY way it went down finding my “dream” job that wasn’t actually my dream job & how I landed the actual dream job I have now

• 29-35 min: negative emotions = compass for realignment, God/the Universe etc WANTS you to be happy & orchestrates everything in your favor, attachment to outcomes suffocating space for miracles
• 35-40 min: proof the best things in life come through surrender & are always better than you expect, your focus & beliefs are getting in your own way, building safety around trusting things are working out
• 40-45 min: advice I’d say to my past self, you’re exactly where you need to be, save energy by surrendering to God/Universe etc - not wasting energy trying to control outcomes, fear vs faith
• 45-50 min: fated life vs destiny life

Your life is not fully controlled by you…at least not consciously. Whether you realize it or not, your brain is constantly running on programs and learned conditioning made to keep you safe, alive, and accepted by others.
