Kids are constantly being bombarded with commercials for fast food not to mention all sorts of junk food. Even at school, children have limited options because most schools offer a culinary horror featuring an assortment of processed foods, genetically modified foods, loaded with preservatives to create each so-called “balanced” meal. Clearly, they still have a long way to go as concerned parents, educators and activists educate our youth about making good food choices.Kathy Patalsky, is the creator of the healthy kids brand The Lunchbox Bunch (LBB). Kathy's LBB mission is to inspire kids of all ages to be curious about food. She encourages and teaches children to taste, love and learn about a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes.
