Healing happens as a result of learning to let go of our most negative emotions.
In this episode, I discuss the way we are led to believe sometimes that we are at fault for things that happen. We can unconsciously carry a belief; we are bad or irresponsible.
And sometimes, aligning ourselves with our own inner truth, which is another journey, can ultimately bring us to a place of letting go of negative core beliefs.
