In the 1920's, the wealthiest people on earth were the members of the Osage Tribe of American Indians, living in Osage County, Oklahoma. They enjoyed a life of luxury due to the black gold and rich oil fields under their territory. When they started dying by the dozens mysteriously during what is now known as the reign of terror, the investigation into their deaths revealed a heartless conspiracy but gave rise to the modern-day FBI.
