Mother, Naturopath, & Ayurvedic Doula, Tiarn Parenzee supports women in their transitions from maiden to mama and every season in between. Committing to her life’s work at a young age, Tiarn pursued her naturopathic degree straight out of highschool. Despite her natural passion for knowledge and ancient healing modalities, it was her own transition into motherhood that most deeply influenced her career - inspiring her to focus on women’s health. Today, Tiarn weaves together her knowledge of naturopathic medicine with the wisdom of ayurveda and her work as a doula where she helps women reclaim their health and body, enabling women to regain their cycles, fall pregnant, and thrive through their postpartum experiences. Her life’s mission is to be a keeper of the birthing mama, create a safe space where ancient healing traditions of divine maternal care can resurface and women can be held in that space throughout birth and postpartum. Tiarn is an Aries-sun, Libra rising, Taurus moon, and above all else, a mama. Find her online to learn more about her herbal apothecary, ayurvedic doula bookings, or follow her journey as she continues to be a student of Ayurveda, yoga, and life.
Naturopathy is a system of health care where the naturopath focuses on the whole person in order to discover the cause(s) of dis-ease rather than just treating symptoms.
Ayurveda, a natural system of medicine, originated in India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life.
A doula is a person who provides emotional and physical support to you during your pregnancy and childbirth
