The other day I was asked by a friend: “Why can’t I do the things I know I ought to do?”
At some point or another, we’ve all experienced the disconnect between knowing what we should do and actually doing it.

Every person and situation is unique, but in this episode, I contend that the primary root of this issue is a lack of belief.
