Meet Deepika Pillai, the founder of the Kula Village who discusses her moves across three countries finally landing in Texas. 

She talks about how despite growing up in Pune as an "outsider" she never viewed it as such and actually came to love her status being able to speak in a language that others couldn't comprehend. 

By creating Kula Village, she is able to hold a platform for local and ethnic artisan groups to sell their unique crafts and produce.
