My guest this week is Itisha Giri, host of Boju Bajai - a podcast which features two Nepali women who talk about everything that matters to women. She is also a writer and poet. We discuss our shared experience of having grown up in a largely patriarchal boarding school which was by and large an extension of the society we grew up in and the challenges that young women face who have found their voice but are not given that space to be heard. We talk about the genesis of Boju Bajai Youtube series and why Boju Bajai feel so strongly about the need to have female representation and visibility in webinars.
