Lifestyle Choices
The Bible is full of guidelines to help us live full and abundant lives. But sometimes, those guidelines are turned into a long list of dos and don’ts. That list places a lot of emphasis on lifestyle choices like drinking alcohol, partying, how we dress, among many other things.
In today’s episode, we discuss the stigma and attitudes surrounding these things, while also unpacking a bit of what the Bible actually has to say about them.

Music is an incredibly powerful thing, and for centuries it has been an integral part of worship and church culture. Unfortunately, it can also be a topic surrounded by a lot of tension and discord between different denominations and cultures, but also, within churches. In today’s episode we are joined by two special guests who represent two different stories when it comes to music. They’ll talk about their experiences with music, how it has shaped their relationships with God, how they use music as their ministry in very different settings, and what they hope listeners can take away from this conversation.
Why is talking about sex so hard for Christians?

In this episode, we discuss what purity culture is, its toxic and damaging elements, and how it affects people and their relationships. Ultimately, we try to address the question of how we can have healthy conversations about sex and sexuality as Christians.
In this episode, Lauren, Jason, and Danielle have a conversation about stereotypes within Christianity--the good, bad, and ugly. Is there truth to these stereotypes? How do these stereotypes set the tone for how we relate to others?
