Overcoming adversity as a picked-on teenager, he developed a strong interest in fitness and self-defense. Through determination, he transformed into a soldier, paratrooper, U.N. Protection Force member, kickboxer, martial arts instructor, and marathon runner.

With a diverse military background, he trained over 300 individuals in various fields, and many of his recruits pursued successful careers in the military, law enforcement, and other professions. Apart from military training, Doug holds academic qualifications and excels in multiple fitness disciplines and martial arts. As an author, his works cover topics from stomach flattening to alcohol craving reduction. Doug Setter continues to inspire and educate others on optimal health and fitness through his writings and instructional roles.

Richard Blank is the CEO of Costa Rica’s Call Center, a division of Cheyenne Consultants, a company incorporated in Costa Rica. When Richard was 27 years old, he relocated to Costa Rica, where he started training employees for one of the large call centers in San Jose. He’s trained over 10,000 bilingual telemarketers, shaping them to be the finest in the country. Richard is often sought after for private training sessions and consultations.
