This week on the pod, we go over all the big results in England, Spain, and abroad, including a surprising Messi & PSG fall out. With Liverpool narrowly squeaking out a win (with some help from Spurs, of course) and Barcelona with one hand on the La Liga title for the first time in 4 years, there's a lot to discuss. Enjoy!

On this week's mid-week episode of the pod, we go over the BIG game of the weekend: Arsenal vs Manchester City. Are Arsenal out of the title race? Is it really City's to lose? Also, we cover trends across football, Seville going on step further in the Europa League, and the relegation battle in England!

We briefly touch on the relegation battle happening in the Premier League. Rheon seems to think Chelsea have a shot of going down (not really though). The title says it all. With a Barcelona win in El Clasico this past weekend, the La Liga title edges ever so close to returning to Catalonia! Outside of Spain, we take a look at the continued "title race" in the Premier League, who might be candidate for Player of the Year, and which teams truly have the best (worst?) chance of going down at the end of the season.

Between the Champions League, the Prem, and La Liga all in action over the last few days, we had to divvy things up. No league talk on this week's episode, but we go over all of the Ro16 matches in the Champions League and who the favorites to go one step further might be!

What did we witness on Sunday? Was it real? Was it a simulation? After a day of processing, we've come to the conclusion that it REALLY DID HAPPEN! From the North West derby, Arsenal's late dramatics, and a thumping win for Atletico Madrid over Sevilla, there was almost too much to go over this week. But, really, there's never too much footy.

While European competition waits in the wake, this past weekend still featured a multitude of big games. From United's first trophy win in over 5 years to what was actually a somewhat boring (and not uncommonly boring) Madrid Derby, we go over it all!
