Prayer is our most important privilege in this world, but prayer is not a one way street, after telling God our heartfelt desires, it's also important to sit and listen to what He has to say in return. Now, He might not say anything at all, but it's to our great benefit to just sit and bask in His awesome presence; let His light and life flow over and through us and rejuvenate our tired and miserable souls and spirits. There is no better feeling than being in the very presence of God, of being aware of his nearness and the LOVE that's flowing out of Him towards us. So let's please try and cultivate that oh so important attitude of simply spending quiet time in God's presence. We will be all the better and wiser for it! Much LOVE!
