Life is full of evil and evildoers, who want to drag believers away from the truth of God and His Word with half-truths and false doctrine. And though we have all the tools necessary to reject and refute these false claims, it doesn't happen automatically, we still have to stand up strong in our faith and deny and resist the prince of darkness and his evil associates. That's why we need to test all these doctrines and claims against the Word of God and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. That means we have to know what God's Word says, and listen to what the Holy Spirit tells us. Otherwise we'll never be able to distinguish truth from falsehood in the many doctrines that are currently floating around. Much LOVE!
