The Christian life is filled with many ups and downs, a lot of disappointments and discouragement, but through the indwelling Holy Spirit of Christ, we believers are able to handle those tests and temptations. Jesus suffered much for us without complaining, and likewise, we are expected to bear some suffering on His behalf without a whole lot of complaints, unlike the way so many of us tend to behave. We cannot expect every day to be wine, roses and song, and thus we must wake up and face the reality of true Christianity. As Jesus said, if we want to be His disciples then we must get up EVERYDAY, take up our cross and follow Him...without complaining when it gets somewhat rough and tough! Much LOVE!
