The Owl Pod is BACK after a brief Thanksgiving hiatus, and welcomes to the show sophomore men's cross country student-athlete Francesco Candiani. Francesco hails from Italy and was the Italian Under-20 national champion in the half marathon as a senior in high school.

Named after Pat Summitt, the legendary women's basketball head coach at Tennessee who amassed a record 1,098 wins and eight NCAA championships, this award honors her contributions to sports and her commitment to student-athlete success both on and off the court.
