The Ox and The Rat

A small gain is worth more than a large promise. What do you think? A good idea when trying to get to a large goal. "I promise I will get in shape next month." Making small gains, eating a little less junk food, or going for walks or pushing it a little further every time... are the little things that can get you toward that big goal. Are we right, or nah?

In this episode, we will be discussing "Belling the Cat." We will talk about the #fable and #discuss the #moral, "It is one thing to say that something should be done, but quite a different matter to do it."  Do we need to take more action on our thoughts and beliefs, or is it enough just to say them?  We had a call to action this episode, and I hope you join.
