A small gain is worth more than a large promise. What do you think? A good idea when trying to get to a large goal. "I promise I will get in shape next month." Making small gains, eating a little less junk food, or going for walks or pushing it a little further every time... are the little things that can get you toward that big goal. Are we right, or nah?
