In this episode, I shall continue with the influence of the Oxford group on the 12 step program. Of course, in the beginning, the 12 step program was known as Alcoholics Anonymous, or maybe I should say that the 12 step program was contained within the program of Alcoholics Anonymous.

There are many anecdotes and stories about the beginning of the 12 step program, and even though the format was new, there is no doubt in my mind that it could have been called the Noenominational Oxford Group.

This will be a rather short episode. I just want to finish up on the initial connection between the Oxford group and Alcoholics Anonymous.
