The current fashion of which exercise is the "Right" one for any one person to be engaged in, has cycles that push one style to dominate the media, before falling away because another exercise style has gained favor. 

In this episode I talk about two most commonly used programs. The MICT, or Moderate Intensity program and the HIIT, or High Intensity Program.  They both show benefits to the cardio vascular and respiratory systems. So what is the biggest difference?

Time.     So choose the style that best suits your health goals AND that can fit into your schedule. Consult your Dr. before beginning, or changing, any exercise program and then... make a plan and take the time.
