Today we have a unique guest in the name of Santiago Gomez. A banker turned restauranteur turned padel club owner. He started his career as a banker in New York but quickly realised the dream wasn’t the dream and co founded a couple high end restaurants called Cosme and ATLA, Cosme is now the number one Mexican restaurant in the world outside of Mexico. And currently he is in the preparation of launching the 1st ever proper Padel Club in the heart of New York City.
