Today's special guest is Peter Gomez! Peter is one of the Senior Pages here at the library. He helps keep the building from falling apart! All materials are smoothly put back together, and the library is kept neat in large part due to him and the rest of the pages!

Today we're talking about the Remembrance of Earth's Past Trilogy by Cixin Liu (translated by Ken Liu), a sci-fi trilogy that will be hailed a classic for decades to come!

Special guests Grace Song and Shawnte Santos give their first reactions to Harry Potter and the Sorcery's Stone by J.K. Rowling. A book our patrons would be surprised the Librarians hadn't read before! Grace is our wonderful Children's Librarian, and Shawnte is our amazing latest addition to the Adult Librarian team!

Special guest Viviana Cois is a polylingual, lover of older texsts! Almost finished acquired her master's degree, Viviana hopes to begin her journey to finding her dream job in Librarianship! Tune in this week to hear us talk about Viviana's recommendation, Berlin Childhood Around 1900 by Walter Benjamin, a somber yet beautiful memoir from an author whose live was filled with beautiful yet haunting reflection, as well as a treasure of intellectual ideas.

Special guest today is Jenn Laredo! Jenn is the direct supervisor for the librarians at the library. Living the best of both worlds, she also purchases for our teen fiction collection, as well as being an avid reader of Young Adult fiction! On today's episosde we're chatting about Legendborn by Tracy Deonn, book one in a young adult fantasy series inspired by the tale of King Arthur. While inspired by King Arthur's tale, this book is full of twists and turns, and is an intense reimagining full of the author's unique imagination!

Our very special guest for today's episode is Ciera Pasturel, a voracious reader and a new librarian! We were so lucky to get her as our Summer 2022 Intern! If you've been following us on social media, you've seen Ciera pop up a couple times, and she did a social media take over for us for a couple days!
