With a career spanning nearly two decades and decorated with several awards, nominations and music certifications to her name, multi-platinum recording artist Fefe Dobson is a true renaissance woman within the entertainment industry. Emerging as a pop / rock artist in the early 2000’s, Fefe stood out among her contemporaries as an edgy black female outlier in an otherwise male dominated genre.

Fefe’s new single is best described as a euphoric rush of passionate love driven by the heartbeat of synth, electric guitars and emphatic drum progression. Produced by Thomas “Tawgs” Salter (Walk Off The Earth, Mother Mother, Lights) and co-written by Cook Classics (Beyoncé, Ava Max, Panic! at the Disco), Negin Djafari (Drake, ZAYN, Lights) and Dobson herself, the song was originally written back in 2012 about the insatiable love for her then boyfriend, American rap artist Yelawolf, who would later become her husband. The new single marks the long awaited return from the pop / rock artist as her first commercial music release in nearly 8 years.

Alyssa Reid (@alyssareid) is back with the recent release of a new album, ASHS. As you may be aware, Reid took a step back from releasing music shortly after the global success of her 2015 release, Phoenix. During this time away from the mainstage, Reid fed the creative side of herself, becoming a creative director on projects for other artists and diving deeper into her songwriting. This time away from the limelight is also what brought ASHS to life as it provided Reid with the space to embrace her darker side with an honesty and passion like never before.

Marcus Knecht (@marcusallenk) is a former Toronto Blue Jays top prospect. Despite his physical talent and relentless motivation, he never found a consistent groove as a pro. Left without answers once his career was over, he came across a wise guru who blasted his life philosophy to bits. Armed with a brand new perspective on life, Marcus now challenges other baseball players to see life’s distractions for what they are, so they can focus on what matters most, and DREAM WITHOUT LIMITS! Enjoy the listen!
