Dr. Luke Wilson is a General Practitioner with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in psychology and is board certified by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He is also a co-author of the BROAD study, which at the time of publication in 2017 was the most successful weight-loss trial ever conducted without requiring caloric restriction or physical exercise. Since then Luke has not only helped many of his patients to manage chronic disease and improve their quality of life but has also lectured internationally on the health benefits of a whole food plant-based diet.
