This episode is about my experience in Panama, In September 2019 I left the country to work at a resort teaching yoga full time. This is a long awaited story iv been resistant to tell because it carries a lot of emotion for me and it was a pivotal point in my life where I learned how incredibly strong I am. I hope you enjoy my story and can learn from some of my lessons leaving the country alone for an extended period.
