There’s nothing that seems worse than dealing with an unwanted behavior that you just can’t seem to get out of or away from. The best example that comes to mind are those toddler tantrums.
You want to make it stop. You want to get away from the negativity and the yelling and the tears and the whining and the fits and the everything, but it feels so dang hard and, frankly, you’re at your wits end.
It’s the nasty and negative behavior cycle. No mama likes to be in them but here we are, going through it every week, if not every single day (if we’re being completely honest with ourselves).
This negative behavior cycle leads you to feeling, well, negative, out of sorts, the complete opposite of confident, and like a crummy parent.
I don’t want you to feel that way. That’s why today on the show I’m going to give you the one question you should ask yourself if you’ve ever been stuck in one of these negative behavior cycles, which of course will lead you to feeling much more confident and help make your life ten times easier.
Now on to what to do when you’re stuck in one of those negative behavior cycles. Let’s head to the show.
IN THIS EPISODE:
- Laura Lynn shares what it looks like to be stuck in a negative behavior cycle;
- She reveals the one question you should ask yourself and how this one question can make your parenting life ten times easier; and
- She explains why having a parent arsenal of go-to strategies can save you from headaches and heartaches.
