This is a collection of vignettes about living in small town Ireland. The stories can only be described as "sweet." They make me want to spend some time in this part of Ireland during a trip there this coming summer as it reminds me of growing up in rural Florida in the 1950's. A similar book by the same author is on the recommended reading list for the upcoming trip with Road Scholar.

Like many Parishes in Ireland there are wonderful stories about the people who are part of the Parish
