To achieve what we want to with the Partnership Plan, we must be lean, simple and fast, creating more pace and freedom for Partners and more cash for growth.
To earn the right to transform, our focus for the next 2 years must be on achieving higher levels of profit - we’re targeting £200m profit by 2022 - as well as tackling key pain points for customers. Progress will only be possible if we save £300m per year by 2022.
