The Passionate Pursuit Podcast

We’re all side-gig-dreaming kind of people. Drooling after what WE want instead of what GOD has planned for us. Today, we dig into the heart behind careers and gigs, uncovering the lies and fear that too often control our decisions.

So much has happened over the last year or so. This is a quick update and refocus announcement.

After so many weeks of crazy schedules, we're BOTH back to normal. So today? We spend some time catching up, reflecting on how the podcast is coming along so far, and what we want to do both personally and podcast-wise moving forward.

We're SO EXCITED! We sit down with our very own worship pastor and native Texan, Corby Lacroix, to discuss his crazy story, the intersection of worship and pastor, and the unbelievable importance of worship in both a corporate and private circumstance.

The start of this football season brings with it sacrifices we all must chose to make (or not to make...). Like Abraham, what will we sacrifice in order to lead a life full of intimacy with our creator?

What is it that fuels you and consumes you? What MUST you do? When Jesus is young and separated from Mary and Joseph, his response is that he MUST be about his father's business. Do we feel this MUST about our relationship with God, too?

Come in alongside Alex this week as he dives into the trials and tribulations that Jesus calls us all into. Don't worry... trust in Him. He's always in the boat with you.

This week, we round out our three-part deep-dive into Lucifer/Satan, finishing our conversation by encouraging fellow believers to stay true to the gospel described throughout the Bible, despite the devil attempting to devour us like a lion.

This week, we dive into Satan's five "I WILL" statements the he exclaims when he loses his seat as Lucifer in Heaven. Will Satan accomplish these five "I WILL"s? Listen to find out!

This week, we begin our 4-week deep-dive into Lucifer. Beginning this week with discovering WHO he WAS, we'll find that Lucifer wasn't always the devil with red horns that we think of today.
