Can you believe it???

400 freakin’ episodes of the Physical Prep Podcast.

It’s crazy just typing that number, let alone thinking that I’ve actually recorded and produced that many shows!

But here’s the thing – the goal was never to do 400 shows.

The goal was to do 50-100, and then shut it down.

But the longer I do this, the more I enjoy it.

The conversations.

The people.

The learning!

So in today’s episode, I’m going to take you on a long and winding tour of IFAST, Robertson Training Systems, and what you can look forward to in the months and years to come here on the podcast.

Let’s do this!

We are servants to others…but if I want to have the biggest impact on other people, I have to take care of myself FIRST. – MR
