The Prophet Malachi is sometimes called the "James of the Old Testament" given his hard-hitting and concise rebuke of the people. Yet, he also brings with him a promise of the coming Messiah. We begin our series in this prophet by looking at his historical context and at the role that a prophet was called to play in the ancient times. We also talk about the dangers that come from those in our times who would claim to receive ongoing revelations from God.

The Holy Spirit is given a number of names or titles in the Scriptures; we discuss some of the prominent ones.

Our discussion on the Holy Spirit continues in the context of some of the things He does in the life of the World.

"Soteriology" is the study of the Holy Spirit and Salvation. We begin here with the "personhood" of the Holy Spirit.

While it is easy to focus on the judgments that God places on those priests who defile themselves and the Table of the Lord, we will do better to focus on the command that God gives to the priests that they not defile themselves — a command to listen to him and to honor his name.

God's Name is great, but we don't always behave like it is in our lives. Micah calls us to look inwardly and to ask ourselves, how are we living in light of the Greatness of God?
