Born and raised in South Africa, Alex Lategan quickly became obsessed with the tourism industry and developed an appetite for travelling to some of the most incredible destinations in the world. 

Indifferent towards pursuing a typical career after University, Alex instead established himself as a travel expert with Journey Beyond and created his own Youtube channel and social media platform to document his experiences; from being shoved aside by Gorillas in Rwanda, to sipping cocktails on the planet’s most beautiful beaches, to Skiing the French Alps and trying to understand Europeans. He’s living our dreams and he’s being paid to do it…

When Lara Bigatton was just 15, she went through one of the most gut-wrenching possible experiences anyone could have to face. It was through this adversity that she found solace in the gym and discovered a love for keeping her body, and consequently her mind, strong.

Having grown up in Australia she now finds herself able to travel the world, basing herself in Bali whilst running her strength and mindset coaching business, MOVESTRNG COACHING,  helping other young women find their own love for mental and physical strength. Lara has inspiringly transformed a passion found in a time of huge sadness into a career path that allows her to live wherever she’d like in the world.

Callum Lea transitioned from an aspiring professional cricketer struggling with his mental health, to someone who has changed the lives of over 2000 young athletes through the charity Sporting Wellness, dedicating himself to making mental healthcare free and accessible for every sportsperson in the UK. 

Having founded the charity at 19 and built it throughout his years at university, Sporting Wellness continues to go from strength to strength whilst Callum has also entered the world of sports management in his latest role as a cricket agent, representing some of the top English talents.
