A former employee of Empirical CPA, she later founded Beyond Conquerors, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides education, training, and job opportunities for women in crisis. Claudine is the author of More Than Conquerors and a passionate motivational speaker who shares messages on repentance, forgiveness, emotional healing, and the power of education to create a brighter future. She inspires audiences in churches, shelters, and communities nationwide. Under her leadership, Beyond Conquerors launched the Life Wow Program, began weekly feeding outreaches, and secured a county grant in 2024 to train 45 women. In May 2025, she was inducted into the International Order of Fantastic Professionals and received the Global Impact for Women Empowerment Award, with national features on CNN, FOX, and syndicated radio.
