This episode Drs. Jenkins and Moritz start the deep-dive into Dr. Moritz's St. Basil Center Lecture. Per form, they don't get very far but spend a great deal of energy on many necessary items.

In the Spring Lecture for the St. Basil Center for Orthodox Thought & Culture, Dr. Joshua Moritz unpacks the real and large distinctions between materialist evolution and the emerging science of Platonic Biology, and how Orthodox Theology fits into this.

In this episode, Doctors Jenkins and Moritz are joined by Dr. William Tighe as they dive into the question of the state of “the Bible” in the time of our Lord, the menagerie that was ancient Judaism, and why we cannot speak about “by scripture alone” without any reference to the place of the Church. This is the first of a series on this topic.
