I believe that Knowing who we truly are is Foundational to everything else. Knowing who we are establishes the limitations we set up in our own lives. Determines the actions we take, or do not take. The level of success and accomplishments we achieve. Our relationships with ourselves and with others. Knowing our TRUE Identity determines everything else in our life.

It's important to show up every day and to take action of some type on the project that we're constructing. We can't just work when we feel like it. We have to have an orderly and specific progress being made on a daily basis. Consistent daily activity is vital!

We've all heard the story of the three little pigs; that one chose to build a house out of straw, one to build a house out of sticks and one who built a house out of bricks. The wolf came and blew down the house of straw and the house of sticks, but was not able to harm the pig that was in the brick house. What are you building your house with? By The Book tells us that a house, which can refer to your life, your career, or your family, is built by wisdom. It is established through understanding, and then it is filled with knowledge. This week we're going to look at the components that go into creating the life that we desire. 

I remember growing up that we used to have our mom or dad measure us. We would stand by the wall, and they would take a pencil and make a mark on the wall and we could see if we had grown.

My question for us today is, are we growing?

Don't we all know people who are great at planning? They have these elaborate plans, they have these flow charts and elaborate diagrams with their goals charted out and color coded and in a binder. They can tell you exactly what they want and when they want it, and how they’re going about getting it. But yet, it's all talk. There's no action.
