This week's episode features Rob, a general manager at The Printing House who likes to think of himself as a team leader rather than just 'the boss'. He is a hustler and a people person who really knows how to get things done (and also the funniest trash talker I know). The fact that his high school didn't have a yearbook is what kickstarted his career, and from then on, he made use of his connections and strong work ethic to become really successful! Oh and I can't forget to mention, he owns a sweet motorcycle!

Hey guys! Today's episode features Mark, who was academically trained as a mechanical engineer at Ryerson. He now owns an industrial flooring company. He tells us about his entrepreneurial parents and his first job working maintenance on a golf course. We talked after the podcast was over and discovered that he became interested in flooring solutions while on the job as an engineer. Something went wrong on his project, and his company had to pay a good amount of money to fix it. He thought to himself, "I can do this better, and I can get it right the first time!" . And so began his life as an entrepreneur. Side note: my boyfriend joined in on the conversation, so that's the third voice you're hearing!
