Ridgedale's 2026 Musical is Disney's "High School Musical 2." It's set to be on stage at The Marion Palace Theatre on March 6, 7 & 8. Director Jodi Smith and some of her amazing cast, stopped by the studio to tell us about the show.

Marion County Commissioner, Kevin Davidson, joined the show to discuss the $4.5 million budge shortfall for 2026. Commissioner Davidson also addressed the rumors about possible layoffs in the county.

This weekend at The Marion Palace Theatre, it's the Junior Palace production of "Bringing Down The House." The show is full of over 40 local youths hilariously performing a show that has a theme of them preparing for a musical before their theater goes away... EXPLOSIVELY! It's a musical without singing... seriously! The 72nd Annual Y-Men's Service Club of Marion Christmas Tree Sale begins at 12n on Friday, November 28, 2025, on the corner of East Church Street and Reed Avenue, on Marion's east side. Y-Men's member, Marshall Cunningham, joined the show to talk about the sale, why thru work so hard to raise funds and who benefits from your support of their tree sale.

Marion County Naturalist, James Anderson joined the show to talk about Buckeye Chuck Day, and Groundhogs in our area, plus James gives us a run down of what's happening in the Marion County Park District.

The Y-Men's Service Club of Marion is a wonderful group of amazing volunteers who support Marion by building wheelchair ramps and work to fund many other programs in the community, too. Their main fund raiser is their Christmas Tree Sale that begins on Friday, November 29, 2024 at 12 noon on the corner of Reed and East Church Streets, behind the Jer-Zee.
