Katie returned to school where she gets into an argument with Miss Smith.  The wolf spirit deciding it was going break out, Katie ran out of the school.  Running towards the woods she was stopped by David.  Who in turn seen her turn into a wolf.
Jackson showed his black panther form to David.
Katie unable to turn back into human left David and went with Jackson into the woods.  Where they found a couple of bodies.
