From the past few months, I’ve been getting this question in almost all of my virtual keynotes and masterclass. Just last week a smart soul out there wrote to me asking- “Payal, if you were to name just one ingredient that would help anyone be successful at their workplace, what would that ingredient be?”
After a lot of thinking and deep reflection on this question, I came to the conclusion that if I were to name just one ingredient that would help anyone be successful at their workplace, it would have to be the ability to get along with people.
I share in this podcast how anyone (even an introvert) can be a pro at connecting with people.

If you want to be a great leader, if you want to be successful at what you do, then stop wishing that you were someplace else or with someone else. We can't always choose the cards we have been dealt, but we can learn to play them. You may not be where you want to be in life just yet. You may be working hard but your dream, your goal seems to be far from reachable. And I know first hand how tempting it is to sulk, give up, and yield to the temptation of mediocrity. But hold on- there are ways to grow at your work, regardless of where you are and what's happening around you.
Working with some of the top leaders in their field, I’ve always asked my self this question-How do these athletes and other super successful people handle the pressure? How do they succeed and deliver the best results under pressure?
What I’ve personally learned from these high-profile clients of mine is that success is all about the pressure. But how do you create that right kind of pressure and what is it all about? In this episode I talk to you about:
1. A tactic used by the super successful people to perform their best under pressure.
2. How you can apply this tactic in your work-life and deliver the best.
3 Steps to create your best under pressure.
