Ever since childhood, I was visited by many beings and visions from beyond this realm. But because I was alone in my psychic abilities, I was made to feel ashamed; I was told it was nonsense.

So I buried it as I got older. While I spent a chapter of my life living in New York and keeping busy in the corporate world, I noticed this void. But I remember one day, I receieved a very impactful mantra. It changed everything from that point on.

This episode is meant to show you what happens when you avoid your true nature and why it is so important that you find self love and acceptance in your life.

When you are faced with a crossroads in life, do you tend to be more logical, listening to the numbers and creating a "realistic" plan, or do you go with your gut and the unknown and trust that what is in your heart is meant for you? Many of us have grown up being taught to ignore the wisdom within our bodies and instead choose the "realistic" plan. Today I am bringing light to the choice of opportunity and possibility, a choice of freedom. Within today's episode, I am sharing my experience of moving through fear and cocreating with the unknown and how that has kept me on my soul path.

We have been conditioned to rush, are consumed by our to-do lists and our days are automatic. We rarely take the time to be present in the moment to notice the nudges and fully experience life. We numb, run away, and separate ourselves from our own intuition and body wisdom, living life on the outside of our own being.

But what if we took a moment to slow down and be with our own breath? To reconnect to our body and witness the resistance and intensity. To focus, work through the feelings and listen to the guidance. When you slow down and shift your focus you reclaim pieces of yourself that are true, your senses are heightened and the gateway to your spiritual connection is open.

We're in a society where we have been trained and conditioned to not look at pain as a whole-body experience but as a single, physical component. But, in my experience, over the past 22 years and working with over 22,000 human souls, I know and understand that we cannot separate the emotional, physical, and spiritual body. Pain is divine love in disguise, teaching us how to slow down, soften and return to our hearts. If we can be mindful of our pain, and rather than running away and numbing it, we heal and nourish it, we can return home and claim our divinity. Welcome to the first episode of the Pearl Frequency Podcast with your host Eia Buenconsejo. It reminds us of our love, our divinity, our humaneness, our wholeness, and the power that lies within all of us.  The Pearl Frequency is the sacred alchemy of moving through and with pain (pain in the physical, emotional, and spiritual body) and alchemizing it into the radiant medicine of love that the Pearl is.
