To get people back to work, they need to be happy with their work.  Their are five things employers should always be doing to keep employees happy and they REALLY need to be doing it with those that left and never returned because of the Pandemic.

In life we work to get paid, to have a roof over our heads and to put food on the table.  Sometimes, even later in life, it's a good idea to work for free, because we want to, because of what we will learn. Because it's a passon of ours!
