Mila believes every human has limitless potential to be
and become their best versions when the constant
epidemic of fear is shifted into courage and empowerment.

Mila has spent over 15 years in researching and learning
the evolving culture of people and organizational
behaviour around the world. After experiencing a toxic
environment that pushed her to contemplate suicide, she
was empowered to create her company that focuses on
humanizing the work place.

Her company, Chief of Hearts, focuses on helping
organisations build heart centered evolving cultures that
values people from the core, and as a result increasing
retention, engagement, growth, creativity,morale, and
more.

Mila’s diverse background in STEM and people science
allows her to approach solutions from a 3 dimensional
plane - people, tools, and tech.
