Today's passage looks at a vision Jesus gives to John, showing him the multitude of the 144,00—the ones who have remained faithful to Jesus to the end. This vision informs us not only what is to come, but also how we as believers are called to live in discipleship today. We are reminded that as people who belong to the Lamb, we bear the Name of Jesus, that we have been purchased by His blood, and that we are now called to live in purity and worship.
