In this episode, I sat down with Mark Steele for a wide-ranging and provocative conversation about his background in defence technology and the conclusions he says he drew from that work. Mark described his experience developing military-related optics and battlefield systems, then explained why he believes a range of everyday technologies and public infrastructure are being deployed with harmful intent. We explored his views on 5G, LED street lighting, smart meters, electric vehicles, transport monitoring systems, and electromagnetic exposure, along with the legal and political questions he believes follow from those claims.

We also talked about resistance, responsibility, and what ordinary people can do when they believe dangerous systems are being imposed without consent. I raised the legal principles that some campaigners rely on when taking direct action, and we closed by discussing morale, hope, and the importance of refusing helplessness. Whether listeners agree with every conclusion or not, this was an intense discussion about technology, power, and the need to think critically about the systems shaping modern life.

In this episode, I sat down with Dale Vincent, also known to many as “Corporal COVID,” to talk through his journey from military service into frontline activism. We discussed how his experience leaving the army with PTSD shaped the way he now sees information warfare, public fear, and the personal cost of standing against institutional narratives. Dale shared his account of protest action in Bristol, his court battles, and why he believes public scrutiny, witness support, and persistence are essential when challenging authority.

We also explored the wider ideas informing his activism: affidavits, medical commentators, alternative health protocols, the role of juries, and the tension between what I described as the legal system and true lawfulness. Along the way, we touched on family-court trauma, the emotional toll of activism, the influence of independent media voices, and the mindset needed to keep going when the stakes are personal as well as political.

In this episode, I sat down with Sukh Singh for a wide-ranging conversation on what it really means to seek truth. We explored how truth-seeking starts with logic, evidence, and critical thinking, but has to mature into discernment, wisdom, and purpose. Suk shared how his background in troubleshooting and corporate problem-solving shaped his approach, and we discussed why truth on its own is not enough unless it is aligned with ethics, coherence, and authenticity. We also looked at how propaganda works, why appeal to authority is so effective, and why the best defense is to follow no one blindly, write no one off, and test each claim on its own merit.

We also went deep on education, homeschooling, curiosity, and the damage done when children are trained out of asking good questions. From Brexit and personal U-turns to the role of the question in dealing with power, this was ultimately a conversation about reclaiming autonomy over mind, body, and property. We closed by touching on the trivium, quadrivium, natural law, and the need to look inward as well as outward in the search for truth.

In this episode, I sat down with quantum healing hypnotherapist Sarah Jane Smith for a wide-ranging conversation about why healing does or doesn’t happen. In this episode, I sat down with Dr. Tess Lawrie of the World Council for Health for a wide-ranging conversation about her journey before and after 2020. Tess reflected on her earlier work in evidence synthesis and guideline development, including work connected to the World Health Organization, and described how the Covid era pushed her from a behind-the-scenes researcher into a far more public role. We talked through her efforts around ivermectin, her concerns about the dismissal of early evidence, the resistance she encountered from major institutions and journals, and the parallel work she and colleagues did examining Yellow Card and VigiAccess adverse-event data.

From there, our conversation widened into the bigger question of what comes next. Rather than waiting for institutions to police themselves, Tess made the case for practical, local, people-led action: health sovereignty, decentralized communities, and what World Council for Health calls the Better Way Movement. We also touched on allied initiatives, the importance of in-person organizing, and why building stronger local networks may matter more than hoping for top-down justice. It was a thoughtful exchange about evidence, power, community, and how ordinary people can start creating better systems now.

In this solo edition of *The People’s Lawyer Reality Check*, I opened by explaining that my planned guest appearance with Suk Singh did not come together, so I pivoted into one of my “anti-trivia quiz” sessions instead. I walked through a series of questions designed to challenge listeners’ assumptions about pandemics, technology rollouts, medicine, carbon levels, policing, taxation, vehicle clamping, and the legal status of state authority. Throughout, I framed the episode around a broader theme: encouraging people to question official narratives, study the law for themselves, and take more responsibility for their own decisions, rights, and family life.

I also spent time on schooling, language, and social conditioning—arguing that modern education increasingly normalizes compliance, fear, and behavioural control. I referenced my earlier book *School - No Place For Children*, previewed themes from the follow-up book I’m currently writing, and described my “Globalese lexicon” as a way of decoding what I see as manipulative political language. This week I welcomed returning guest Michelle Davis back to Food for Thought Radio for a wide-ranging conversation on the glymphatic system, cranial work, and the links she sees between nervous-system regulation, birth trauma, head injury, sleep, digestion, and long-term mental wellbeing. We explored how osteopathy and cranial approaches aim to work with the body beyond symptoms alone, why so many chronic issues may have deeper roots, and how trust, self-responsibility, and what Michelle called “brain care” shape the healing journey.

We also discussed practical habits people can use to support mental clarity and resilience: earlier sleep, morning light, breathwork, hydration, movement, nourishing foods, reducing alcohol, strengthening the body, staying socially connected, and continuing to learn. The conversation then widened into motherhood, infancy, and prevention, including David’s Mother & Baby Protection work and the importance both of us place on reducing early trauma and empowering people to make more conscious health decisions for themselves and their families.

In this episode, I sat down with Michelle Davies, a practitioner whose story cuts right to the heart of the battle between personal truth and institutional control. Michelle shared how a long-running challenge over patient testimonials on her website ultimately led to her being struck off as an osteopath, despite there being no patient complaint against her. We explored the pressure practitioners face when regulators, public narratives, and fear-based systems close ranks, and Michelle spoke candidly about the years of internal conflict that led her to stop complying and stand on what she believes to be truth.

From there, our conversation widened into faith, courage, law, and healing. Michelle described how her Christian faith sustained her through hearings, public scrutiny, and isolation, and how that ordeal reshaped her work into something freer, more holistic, and more openly focused on spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical healing. We also touched on her books, Miracle Worker and Mental Clarity, her use of AO Scan frequency technology, and her view that brain health and flow are central to modern suffering. This was very much part one of a bigger conversation, with brain health and the glymphatic system set up as the next frontier for part two.

In this episode, I continue last week’s theme of “what doctors don’t tell you” by turning the spotlight onto dentistry. Joined by Pauline and Michelangelo, I explore a radically different view of oral health: that teeth are not isolated mechanical objects, but part of a wider living system connected to the body’s energy, organs, stress levels, diet, and overall vitality. We discuss why conventional dentistry may miss those broader connections, and why fear, protocol-driven treatment, and a purely mechanical model can leave people disconnected from their own responsibility and intuition.

From anesthetic-free dental work and the role of mindset, to implants, crowns, diet, and the idea of the teeth as early warning signals rather than standalone problems, this conversation is really about far more than mouths. It is about trusting nature, becoming more self-aware, and approaching health as an active participant rather than a passive patient. Whether you agree with every point or not, this is a challenging discussion about personal responsibility, holistic thinking, and questioning the assumptions many of us were taught to accept about dental care.
