Welcome to Episode 32 of The Perfectionist’s Guide to Mothering! In the first half of today’s episode, I’m sharing a recording of a talk I gave for my MOPS group about momming to our strengths. Sometimes it’s so easy for us to look around at other moms and think they’ve got this mom gig figured out. We compare their strengths to our weaknesses and it’s never a fair comparison.
But what if we changed our mindset and mommed to the unique strengths God has given us? I talk all about how to do that in this episode.

Welcome to Episode 27 of The Perfectionist’s Guide to Mothering! Today I’m talking with the hilarious Jason Earls. If you tuned in for my Restore: Soul Care for Moms conference last year, you’ve already had the pleasure of meeting him. But if not, here’s a little about Jason.
This comedian from Virginia’s Eastern Seaboard doesn’t live to make you laugh; he makes you laugh to help you live. As a husband and the father of six children, Jason’s got a thing or two to say about how to navigate life. Jason has performed throughout the country and abroad, and when he’s not on stage, he’s most likely with his wife, Terri, at one of their amazing kid’s ridiculous sports events in his home city of Dallas, TX.
We had an amazing conversation about Jason's new comedy special, why we all need to laugh and how to make time to do it, where Jason gets his comedy ideas, and a lot about people pleasing. I really think you'll enjoy our conversation!
